The 7 Chakra Full Moon Singing Bowl Set brings together seven traditional Himalayan metal singing bowls, each corresponding to one of the seven chakras and its designated frequency within our 432 Hz tuning system. Each bowl begins with raw material and passes through an extensive traditional craftsmanship process. The metal is repeatedly heated, shaped, formed, refined, finished, and tuned by hand. Throughout the process, it is worked and adjusted thousands of times to bring its size, thickness, weight, shape, note, frequency, and resonance into balance.
The result is seven individual traditional Himalayan metal singing bowls, each with its own tonal character. When played, each bowl produces a fundamental tone together with harmonics and overtones, creating layered resonance that continues to evolve as the sound moves through the space.

The metal is repeatedly heated, shaped, formed, refined, finished, and tuned by hand. Throughout the process, it is worked and adjusted thousands of times to bring the intended physical and tonal characteristics into balance.

A 2025 systematic review published in Integrative Medicine Research examined 19 clinical studies involving singing-bowl interventions. The review identified potential benefits involving anxiety, depression, sleep quality, cognitive function, EEG findings, and physiological measures. The researchers also noted substantial differences between studies and called for additional high-quality research.
A separate 2025 systematic review published in Healthcare examined 14 quantitative studies specifically involving Tibetan singing bowls. Most studies reported improvements in measures including anxiety, depressive symptoms, wellbeing, quality of life, heart-rate variability, and heart rate, while the researchers emphasized limitations in the existing evidence.
Earlier research has also explored Himalayan singing bowls in relaxation settings. A 2014 randomized crossover study involving 51 participants found greater reductions in heart rate and systolic blood pressure when a Himalayan singing bowl preceded directed relaxation compared with silence.
Together, this research suggests that singing bowls may have value as tools that support relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, and psychological wellbeing.
However, this research does not establish that a specific frequency directly affects a specific chakra, nor does it demonstrate that Full Moon crafting produces an additional therapeutic effect.
