364.5 Hz Heart Chakra Traditional Tibetan Singing Bowl - Note F
$480.00
A warm, deeply resonant traditional Tibetan singing bowl tuned to 364.5 Hz, handmade from scratch through a traditional artisanal process and created for heart-centered meditation, emotional balance, compassion, connection, relaxation, and therapeutic sound practices.
The 364.5 Hz Heart Chakra Singing Bowl corresponds to the note F within the 432 Hz tuning system and is traditionally associated with the Heart Chakra (Anahata). In contemporary chakra-based sound practices, this frequency is used as a tonal focus for practices centered around openness, compassion, emotional awareness, connection, and inner balance.
Unlike factory-produced sound bowls, each of our traditional Tibetan singing bowls is made by hand from raw material. The bowl passes through multiple stages of shaping, heating, forming, refining, finishing, and tuning, with the metal being worked and adjusted thousands of times throughout the process. Every detail matters — from the bowl's diameter and thickness to its weight, shape, tonal response, resonance, and final frequency. This extensive handmade process is what gives each bowl its individual character and sustained voice.
The result is a traditional Himalayan metal instrument with a complex fundamental tone, harmonics, and overtones. Rather than relying on a modern manufactured construction, this bowl follows the traditional metal singing-bowl approach. Crystal singing bowls and other modern sound instruments belong to a different instrument tradition; they are not part of the traditional Tibetan/Himalayan metal singing-bowl lineage represented by this collection.
This bowl is tuned according to a 432 Hz reference system, in which F is represented here as 364.5 Hz. The seven-bowl collection follows a complete tonal sequence from Root through Crown, creating a structured framework for chakra-focused meditation and sound practices.
The Heart Chakra is traditionally regarded as the center associated with compassion, love, connection, generosity, and emotional equilibrium. Using a Heart Chakra bowl can provide an intentional auditory and sensory focus during meditation, breathwork, yoga, journaling, relaxation, or personal sound rituals.
Research into singing bowls is still developing, but the broader practice has increasingly been studied. A 2025 systematic review of 19 clinical studies found potential benefits associated with singing-bowl interventions across areas including anxiety, depression, sleep quality, cognitive function, and physiological measures. Another 2025 systematic review specifically examining Tibetan singing bowls found that most included studies reported improvements in measures such as anxiety, depressive symptoms, wellbeing, heart-rate variability, and heart rate, while also emphasizing the need for stronger controlled research.
These findings support interest in singing bowls as tools for relaxation and wellbeing, but they do not establish that a particular frequency medically treats a particular chakra or condition. The 364.5 Hz–Heart Chakra relationship is part of contemporary chakra and sound-healing traditions, rather than an established biomedical mechanism.

Within this seven-frequency 432 Hz system, each bowl corresponds to a specific note and chakra:
256 Hz — C — Root Chakra
288 Hz — D — Sacral Chakra
324 Hz — E — Solar Plexus Chakra
364.5 Hz — F — Heart Chakra
384 Hz — G — Throat Chakra
432 Hz — A — Third Eye Chakra
486 Hz — B — Crown Chakra
At 364.5 Hz, the Heart Chakra bowl occupies the central position in this seven-tone sequence. Its associated note is F, traditionally used within this contemporary chakra-frequency framework as a tonal point for heart-centered practices.
The 432 Hz system provides the reference point for the collection. Rather than treating each bowl as an isolated frequency, the seven bowls form a connected tonal framework, allowing practitioners to work through different chakra associations as part of a meditation, sound bath, yoga practice, or personal ritual.
A singing bowl also produces more than one simple frequency. When activated, its metal body generates a fundamental tone accompanied by harmonics and overtones, creating the layered, evolving sound characteristic of a traditional singing bowl. This sustained resonance can become a useful point of auditory attention during meditation and relaxation.
Crafted Through Thousands of Hands-On Adjustments
A traditional singing bowl is not simply produced to a specification and finished in a factory.
Each bowl begins with raw metal material and moves through numerous stages of traditional craftsmanship. The metal is repeatedly shaped, heated, formed, refined, finished, and tuned. Throughout this process, the bowl is continually adjusted toward the desired size, thickness, weight, shape, note, frequency, and resonance.
It is this extensive hands-on process — repeated thousands of times across the making of the instrument — that gives a traditional bowl its distinctive voice.
What Does the Research Say?
Modern research into singing bowls is growing.
A 2025 systematic review published in Integrative Medicine Research examined 19 clinical studies involving singing-bowl interventions. The review reported potential effects involving anxiety, depression, sleep quality, cognitive function, EEG findings, and other physiological measures, while noting substantial variation between studies and the need for further high-quality research.
A separate 2025 systematic review published in Healthcare examined 14 quantitative studies specifically involving Tibetan singing-bowl interventions. Most studies reported improvements in areas such as anxiety, depressive symptoms, wellbeing, quality of life, heart-rate variability, and heart rate. Again, the researchers emphasized methodological limitations and the need for stronger controlled studies.
This research provides a growing scientific basis for exploring singing bowls as tools that may support relaxation, stress reduction, meditation, and psychological wellbeing. It does not, however, prove that 364.5 Hz specifically heals the Heart Chakra or produces a particular medical outcome.
The chakra system presented here should therefore be understood as a traditional and contemporary wellness framework for intentional sound practice, rather than a scientifically established medical treatment.

How to Use
For meditation:
Place the bowl comfortably in front of you or on a stable cushion. Gently strike the outer rim with an appropriate mallet and allow the sound to naturally fade. Use the sustained tone as an anchor for your attention.
For heart-centered practice:
Begin with several slow breaths. Play the bowl gently and allow your attention to rest on the sound and the physical experience of breathing. You may pair the practice with intentions around compassion, connection, gratitude, or emotional openness.
For yoga or breathwork:
Use the bowl at the beginning of a practice to create a clear transition into the session, or at the end to mark the transition into stillness.
For sound baths:
The 364.5 Hz Heart Chakra bowl can be incorporated into a larger collection of traditional Tibetan singing bowls, allowing practitioners to move through different tones and chakra associations.
For personal rituals:
Use the bowl as an intentional sensory cue before journaling, meditation, reflection, or quiet evening practices.
Always allow the bowl to resonate naturally rather than forcing repeated strikes. The character of a traditional singing bowl develops through the interaction between the instrument, mallet, technique, and surrounding space.
