288 Hz Sacral Chakra Full Moon Singing Bowl

$540.00

A warm, fluidly resonant Sacral Chakra singing bowl crafted during the Full Moon, tuned to 288 Hz within a 432 Hz system, and created for emotional reflection, creative practice, lunar rituals, meditation, release, and sound healing.

The 288 Hz Sacral Chakra Full Moon Singing Bowl corresponds to the note D within this 432 Hz tuning system and is traditionally associated with the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana). In contemporary chakra-based sound practices, the Sacral Chakra is associated with creativity, emotional awareness, movement, pleasure, fluidity, and our relationship with feeling and expression.

This bowl is created specifically for those who want to bring the rhythm of the lunar cycle into their personal ritual practice. Each Full Moon bowl is crafted during the Full Moon, connecting its creation to a recurring point in the lunar cycle traditionally associated with illumination, reflection, completion, and ceremony.

The Full Moon can provide a natural monthly pause — a moment to reflect on what has changed, what has been felt, what has moved through us, and what we may be ready to release. The Sacral Chakra's traditional themes of emotion and flow make this frequency particularly suited to rituals centered around emotional reflection, creativity, letting go, and beginning again.

Each bowl begins with raw material and passes through an extensive traditional craftsmanship process. The metal is repeatedly heated, shaped, formed, refined, finished, and tuned by hand. Throughout the process, it is worked and adjusted thousands of times to bring its size, thickness, weight, shape, note, frequency, and resonance into balance.

The finished bowl is a traditional Himalayan metal singing bowl with its own individual tonal character. When played, it produces a fundamental tone together with harmonics and overtones, creating a layered resonance that continues to develop and change as the vibration fades.

Made using Ancient Traditional Metal Alloy, this instrument belongs to the traditional Tibetan/Himalayan metal singing-bowl tradition. Crystal singing bowls and other modern sound instruments represent a different category of instrument and are not part of this traditional metal-bowl method.

The bowl follows the collection's 432 Hz reference system, with 288 Hz represented by D and associated with the Sacral Chakra within this contemporary framework.

Within this seven-frequency 432 Hz system, each bowl corresponds to a specific note and chakra:

  • 256 Hz — C — Root Chakra

  • 288 Hz — D — Sacral Chakra

  • 324 Hz — E — Solar Plexus Chakra

  • 364.5 Hz — F — Heart Chakra

  • 384 Hz — G — Throat Chakra

  • 432 Hz — A — Third Eye Chakra

  • 486 Hz — B — Crown Chakra

At 288 Hz, the Sacral Chakra bowl corresponds to the note D and occupies the second position in the seven-frequency sequence.

Within contemporary chakra practices, the Sacral Chakra is traditionally connected with emotional awareness, creativity, fluidity, movement, pleasure, and the experience of feeling.

For Full Moon work, these themes can translate naturally into practices of emotional reflection and release.

You might use the bowl to pause and ask:

What am I feeling?
What am I ready to release?
What wants to move through me rather than remain stuck?
What would I like to create in the next lunar cycle?

The bowl does not provide the answers. It creates a sensory beginning for the practice.

Crafted During the Full Moon

Every Full Moon Chakra Singing Bowl in this collection is made during the Full Moon.

A traditional singing bowl is created through repeated stages of human craftsmanship.

Beginning with raw material, the metal passes through cycles of heating, shaping, forming, refining, finishing, and tuning. It is worked and adjusted thousands of times throughout the process.

The craftspeople work toward the intended balance of:

Size + Thickness + Weight + Shape + Note + Frequency + Resonance

The goal is not simply to produce a bowl that displays the number 288 Hz. Its physical dimensions and form must work together to create the desired tonal response.

This extensive process gives each bowl its own individual character.

Sound, Meditation & the Science

Research into singing bowls has become increasingly active.

A 2025 systematic review published in Integrative Medicine Research examined 19 clinical studies involving singing-bowl interventions. The review identified potential benefits involving anxiety, depression, sleep quality, cognitive function, EEG findings, and physiological measures. The authors also emphasized substantial differences between studies and the need for further high-quality research.

A second 2025 systematic review published in Healthcare examined 14 quantitative studies specifically involving Tibetan singing bowls. Most studies reported improvements in measures such as anxiety, depressive symptoms, wellbeing, quality of life, heart-rate variability, and heart rate, while the researchers noted limitations in the current evidence.

Earlier research has also examined Himalayan singing bowls in relaxation settings. A 2014 randomized crossover study involving 51 participants found greater reductions in heart rate and systolic blood pressure when a Himalayan singing bowl preceded directed relaxation compared with silence.

Together, this research suggests that singing bowls may have value as tools that support relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, and psychological wellbeing.

However, this research does not establish that 288 Hz specifically affects the Sacral Chakra, nor does it demonstrate that Full Moon crafting creates an additional therapeutic effect.

The chakra and lunar associations are therefore presented as ritual and contemporary wellness frameworks, while the scientific literature provides context for the broader use of singing bowls in sound and meditation practices.
