How to Use
Strike the weighted tuning fork gently with the included striker and allow the vibration to develop naturally. For direct-contact work, place the vibrating stem gently against an appropriate area of the body and allow the resonance to be experienced.
Use light, comfortable pressure and avoid injured, inflamed, or sensitive areas. The fork can also be held near the body or used within a meditation space without direct contact.
